Hellooo!!! How did you spend the Long Holiday? I hope that some of you really enjoyed it and of course, I bet you had your most awaited "relaxing moment" whether it is a Holiday Bonding with your family or just pampering yourself to rest from the stress related work, As for me I Spent my Holiday with my Family and I'm Fine with that, Last Maundy Thursday, we decided to do The Seven Churches Visitation Popularly known as "Visita Iglesia" for the Roman Catholics (in the Philippines) like me, It was my first time to Participate in this kind of activity since i always spent the Holy week only in our house in the Past years, I said to myself, why not? this is an Opportunity to Grab on because everybody else in the family of ours would like to join to this activity but due to the Vehicle Limitation constraints, only a few Representatives of the family are allowed because I had a big family you know ;)
We decided to Visit some of the Churches near my Hometown and the other was a little bit Far like (Antipolo) and i tell you, Penitensya Talaga sya...
The 1st Church:
Mary Mother of God Parish
Location: Bayanan, Muntinlupa City
My Mom, Reciting the 1st Station of the Cross....
The 2nd Church:
Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish
Location: Poblacion, Muntinlupa City
The Elderlies busy in Selling Colored Candles and other Religious Items....
me at the front of Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish Church
The 3rd Church:

The Church of St. Peregrine - The Patron Saint of Cancer Patients....
me inside the Saint Peregrine Laziosi Parish.....
Santo Sepulcro Parish/Shrine of Jesus
Location: Landayan, San Pedro Laguna
Before we Reached this Church Location, we are a little bit exhausted because the place was crowded, it is similar to Baclaran area wherein there are lots of merchandise along the streets... (excuse for the blurry photo)
The 5th Church:
National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help (also known as Redemptorist Church (or Baclaran Church)
Location: Roxas Boulevard, Baclaran, Parañaque
There are lots of devotees here...Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year...
Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene (canonically known as Saint John the Baptist Parish and colloquially known as Quiapo Church)
Location: Quiapo, Manila, Philippines
One of the Famous Church in the Philippines, known for Huge Number of Male Devotees of the Black Nazarene...
There are Lots of Religious Items here....and I bought a 3 Hanky and a Healing Oil...
Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of Antipolo, also known as the National Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage
Location: Antipolo City, Rizal
it was my first time to see this church, Antipolo was known for an Elevated area and Its locally grown mangoes and cashews are popular among tourists, as well as suman – a local delicacy made out of glutinous rice.
My Family during the Church Visitation...
I am Really Thankful and Blessed to be able to join this Family Activity, It was Tiring and exhausting because of the Scorching heat we experienced but it's all worth it, each member of the family got to participate reciting the 14th Station of the cross at the different churches and we felt the Sufferings and Sorrow of Jesus Christ because of our sins, we had an Ample time to Reflect it on our Daily Lives....
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life "
So That's it Guys, I am Happy to Share this Meaningful Journey to you!!!
